Description
Nadine Schrode's dataset, last updated May 2026, contains Reactome pathway analysis results for myeloid cells from human milk. The data is derived from single-cell RNA sequencing of over 23,000 CD45+ enriched cells from 9 healthy lactating donors, identifying 18 transcriptionally distinct mononuclear myeloid subpopulations. The Excel file includes pathway information related to lipid adaptation, degranulation, and antigen presentation.
Use Cases
Identify lipid clearance pathways based on LDL and lipoprotein clearance gene expression.
Analyze macrophage polarization based on M1-like and M2-like transcriptional states.
Study intercellular communication based on CellChat analysis involving MHC-II, SPP1, and MIF.
Investigate donor-specific heterogeneity based on sub-clusters restricted to 1–2 individuals.
Examine hybrid cell states based on epithelial-like clusters expressing both EPCAM and myeloid genes.
Strengths
Data originates from a substantial sample of over 23,000 cells from 9 donors.
