U.S. household transmission studies from the 2017/2018 to 2021/2022 seasons sequenced 567 nasal swab samples from 319 individuals in 102 households. The dataset contains bottleneck estimates for 56-60 defined transmission pairs, calculated using beta binomial and clonal mutation models. Kathryn C. Krupinsky authored this research dataset, last updated in March 2026.
