Pandemic Border Discourses: Swiss Political Tweets on Mobility During COVID-19

The dataset covers institutional Twitter discourse about mobility during the COVID-19 crisis. It was created by Marie‐Ève Bélanger at the University of Geneva to analyze how political actors justified mobility decisions.
