Pangenome of 1096 Listeria monocytogenes Genomes from Food Sources

Pangenome analysis carried out with Panaroo in 1096 Listeria monocytogenes genomes from food source origins. Genome nucleotide sequences were retrieved from NCBI Refseq, based on previously selected genomes of interest by Castelli et al. (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12864-023-09667-w). Proteins were annotated with Prokka.
