From March 8 to April 17, 2010, this dataset contains discrete sample and profile data collected aboard the NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown in the North and South Atlantic Ocean. It includes measurements of carbon system parameters like dissolved inorganic carbon, alkalinity, and pCO2, alongside tracers such as CFCs, SF6, and stable isotopes. The data were collected as part of the International CLIVAR Global Ocean Carbon and Repeat Hydrography Program to quantify changes in ocean heat, freshwater, and carbon storage.
Platform metadata is inconsistent; the core data appears identical across NASA Earthdata and Data.gov, but ancillary information varies.
