Hakuho Maru Surface Carbon Dioxide and Meteorological Measurements, 1968-1988

Surface underway measurements of carbon dioxide partial pressure and meteorological variables collected by the SOOP Hakuho Maru research vessel over a 20-year period. Data include air and water CO2, salinity, sea surface temperature, wind, and air temperature from the Pacific and Indian Oceans. Hisayuki Y. Inoue of Hokkaido University and Masao Ishii of the Meteorological Research Institute led the collection using CO2 gas analyzers and equilibrators.
