The data provide weekly and 3-week moving average percent positivity for Nucleic Acid Amplification Tests (NAAT) across 10 HHS regions, excluding antigen and at-home tests. All data are provisional, with reporting relatively complete (>90%) for periods up to two weeks prior to the latest update.
