A 2026 assessment of undiscovered petroleum potential in the Eagle Plain basin and environs in Yukon Territory, Canada. The study, published by the Government of Yukon, identifies 83.7 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 11.05 million barrels of crude oil from initial exploration. It evaluates stratigraphic plays in Paleozoic carbonates and conceptual plays in Devonian and Jurassic formations.
