Description
A harmonized release of public psychiatric GWAS summary statistics assembled from the OpenMed / Psychiatric Genomics Consortium collection. The dataset, authored by 'lighteternal', was last updated on April 26, 2026. It is intended as a research substrate for heterogeneous graph construction, cross-disorder variant modeling, and secondary Mendelian-randomization analyses.
Use Cases
Construct heterogeneous knowledge graphs based on cross-disorder genetic associations.
Model cross-disorder variant effects based on harmonized summary statistics.
Impute psychiatric trait associations based on shared genetic architecture.
Perform temporal and provenance-aware evaluations of genetic findings.
Conduct secondary Mendelian-randomization analyses based on the harmonized GWAS data.
Strengths
Data is harmonized from a major consortium source, the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium.
Explicitly intended for advanced research tasks like heterogeneous graph construction and Mendelian randomization.
Last updated on April 26, 2026, suggesting recent maintenance.
Limitations
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
Row count and dataset size are unknown, which may limit suitability assessment.
Description metadata is limited; actual data quality requires manual inspection after download.
