A cross-sectional study of 263 elderly outpatients from a philanthropic hospital in Vitoria, Espirito Santo, Brazil. The data was collected via structured interviews covering sociodemographic, health, lifestyle, and medication use factors, with treatment adherence measured using the Measurement of Treatment Adherence (MTA).
