HeiGIT produced these risk assessment indicators for the Philippines at the administrative level 2 (ADM2) to support flood and cyclone hazard analysis. The data integrates WorldPop demographics, OpenStreetMap infrastructure, and Google Earth Engine environmental layers as of March 2026.

• Planning emergency response by using access_pop_hospitals_30min to identify districts with poor healthcare reach
