Phmamm-7: Live SPIM Imaging of Ascidian Embryo Development

19.8 GB of live imaging data captures embryonic development in the ascidian Phallusia mammillata over approximately 2.5 hours. The dataset includes fused multi-angle images, whole-cell segmentations, surface meshes, and cell geometric properties, processed using the ASTEC pipeline and ASCIDIAN package. It was created by Patrick Lemaire and shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
