Photoinhibition of NpHR-transduced PL Neuron Activity

Raw neural and TTL signals from photoinhibition experiments using 10-second continuous green laser illumination. Timestamp data of spike events were used to calculate averaged firing rates and autocorrelation histograms. The dataset was contributed by Shinya Nakamura and is available via paperswithcode.
