Description
The Gulf of Mexico was the study area for this dataset, which contains physical, chemical, and other marine data collected from the R/V GYRE. Data were gathered using trawl nets, SeaWiFS satellite instruments, and other tools from August 1, 1999, to August 1, 2002. Texas A&M University submitted the data as part of the Deepwater project, and it is archived by NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information.
