Physical trajectory data from a Slocum Webb G2 glider equipped with a Deep ISFET pH sensor, CTD, chlorophyll fluorescence, optical backscatter, and dissolved oxygen sensors. The deployment was conducted by Rutgers University's Center for Ocean Observing Leadership in the Mid-Atlantic Bight to sample Atlantic sea scallop and surfclam habitats. Data were collected from October 25 to November 6, 2019, and archived by NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information.
Data format is netCDF, requiring specific libraries for access and analysis. The primary mission goal was sampling in specific shellfish habitats, which may influence the spatial sampling bias.
