Cacao Agroforestry Biodiversity in Putumayo, Colombia: 45 Farm Survey

45 farms across four municipalities in the Putumayo department of Colombia were surveyed to characterize cacao agroforestry systems. The dataset, created by Taborda Lozada, Darlley Stiven and hosted by The Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT Dataverse, describes system structure using biodiversity, floristic composition, and dominance indicators across three agroforestry technologies. Data was collected using the RapidBAM3 methodology with eight 200 m² transects per farm.
