Hourly-averaged solar wind plasma data from the Pioneer Venus Orbiter spacecraft, spanning its cruise and orbital mission phases from May 1978 to October 1992. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) collected this data using the Orbiter Plasma Analyzer (OPA) experiment, primarily measuring conditions outside the Venusian bow shock. Each record includes derived parameters like proton temperature, plasma density, bulk speed, and flow angles, along with their RMS dispersion.
