Description
Oregon's water rights data depicts the location of each water right diversion point and associated place-of-use polygon. All current and individually held water rights are included, except for those held by irrigation districts, applications, temporary transfers, instream leases, and limited licenses. The State of Oregon maintains this dataset, which was last updated on March 22, 2026.
