Genomic and Mitochondrial Data for the Aphonopelma marxi Tarantula on the Colorado Plateau

A dataset combining mitochondrial and genomic data for Aphonopelma marxi, a tarantula endemic to the Colorado Plateau. The data was used to test Pleistocene phylogeographical hypotheses and explore the effects of missing data in RADseq analyses. The research was conducted by Matthew R.
