Population Genomic Data for Shy and White-capped Albatrosses from 6 Colonies

90 DNA samples from shy albatross (Thalassarche cauta) and white-capped albatross (T. steadi) across 6 breeding colonies were analyzed using DArTseq to generate SNP genotypes.
