Nele Demeyere's OCS-CARE dataset contains clinical trial data from 821 post-stroke patients recruited from 37 hospital or rehabilitation sites in England. The study randomized patients to receive either the Oxford Cognitive Screen (OCS) or the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) at baseline, with 467 patients completing a 6-month follow-up assessment. Primary outcome measures include the Stroke Impact Scale (SIS) and change in stroke severity (NIHSS), with a secondary outcome of cognitive performance change.
