Seagull and Teslin Plutonic Suites Radiogenic Heat Production and Geophysical Models

Geochemical and geophysical data evaluate Cretaceous granitoid plutons in southern Yukon for radiogenic heat production. The Seagull suite granites have anomalous average heat production values of 7.9 to 9.9 µW/m³, while the Teslin suite values range from 2.0 to 11.4 µW/m³. 3D inversion of Bouguer gravity data models subsurface density and extents, estimating batholith volumes of ~4624 and 2744 km³.
