A 2026 presentation from the Australian Ocean Data Network details a multi-component study on the potential impacts of low-frequency sound from marine seismic surveys on marine fauna. The project includes sound modelling, monitoring, benthic community assessment, bivalve dredging, fish behavior tagging, and fisheries catch analysis. It was developed in response to stakeholder concerns about an April seismic survey in the Gippsland Basin.
Data is presented in HTML and MP4 formats, not as a structured, downloadable dataset.
