Description
Over 120,000 people were in the custody of the Colombian National Penitentiary and Prison Institute (INPEC) at the time of this dataset's publication. The dataset contains petitions, complaints, claims, reports, or suggestions (PQRDS) received by the Specialized Penitentiary and Prison Services Unit (USPEC) during the 2024 period. It was published by the Colombian government's open data portal, www.datos.gov.co.
