Annotated Reddit Conversations on Pregnancy-Related Substance Use Barriers (2020–2022)

649 annotated Reddit conversation chains from pregnancy and recovery subreddits between 2020 and 2022 support NLP research on barriers to prenatal care. Each thread is de-identified and annotated for barrier categories, substance types, and care outcomes using a seven-category taxonomy. The dataset was created by Eunhee Park of Perinatal Health & Informatics with support from The George Washington University.
