PRAMS is a population-based surveillance system tracking maternal experiences and behaviors before, during, and after pregnancy. It operates in 50 U.S. jurisdictions, with New York City sampling approximately 2,100 mothers annually from birth certificate records. The system is a partnership with the CDC.
