QuikSCAT Ocean Winds and Northern Hemisphere Freeze/Thaw Probabilities

QuikSCAT scatterometer data provides Level 2 ocean surface wind vectors and wind stress at 12.5 km resolution, intercalibrated with MetOp-A, MetOp-B, and ScatSat-1 to create an unbroken record from 1999 to 2022.
