Proteomics and Alkaloid Data for Narrow Leaf Lupin Leaves

A multiomics dataset from eight narrow-leafed lupin accessions, comprising quantitative analysis of 4437 proteins and quinolizidine alkaloids (QAs). The data was generated using a validated urea/thiourea/CHAPS extraction and LC–MS/MS workflow, identifying 183 proteins with significant differences between bitter and sweet lupin groups.
