Python Code for Subject Translation in SciFree's Journal Search Tool

A Python script designed to translate English subject terms to French for SciFree's Journal Search Tool, which lists journals with Open Access agreements. The code uses the DeepL API for translation and can enrich missing subject terms via the Scopus API using a journal's ISSN. The processed journal lists are then ingested into the search tool to improve discoverability for a francophone research community.
