Quaternary Geology and Till Geochemistry of the Anvil District, Yukon

A 12-km2 till grid northwest of the Faro deposit maps glacial dispersion of mineralized sediment. Government of Yukon data from 2026 shows anomalous lead concentrations throughout a 20-m till column at the Vangorda mine. The work examines the utility of till geochemistry to trace mineralized samples back to source rocks in drift-covered terrain.
