Description
Southern Fairway Basin on the Lord Howe Rise contains 13 piston cores recovered in 1999 by the RV L'Atalante. The cores, ranging from 405 to 758 cm long and from 1250 to 2753 meters below sea level, contain nannofossil ooze and were collected to document sediment, pore water, and gas composition.
