QuikSCAT L1C: Averaged Sigma-0 and Wind Retrievals from Non-spinning Antenna

Version 2.0 data from November 2009 onward, collected after the QuikSCAT antenna motor failure, provides averaged Level 1B Sigma-0 measurements and wind retrievals from repointed beams. The dataset is processed using the updated QNS2016a geophysical model function, incorporating ECMWF nowcast winds for calibration and applying a -0.25 dB Sigma-0 bias correction relative to Version 1.
