Aboveground Carbon Stocks and Plant Diversity in Sabah Forest Sites, 2017

R code reproduces analyses for estimating aboveground carbon stocks across 49 plots in 14 fragmented and 4 continuous forest sites in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. The code uses a vegetation dataset to investigate carbon storage and plant diversity co-benefits in oil palm plantation set-asides. This code was created for the research presented in Fleiss et al.
