Flávia Elis de Mello's study evaluates the radial mycelial growth and sporulation of 21 Corynespora cassiicola isolates, a fungus causing soybean target spot. The isolates from Brazil's main soybean regions were subjected to three light regimes and two mechanical stress conditions. Spore production was quantified with a hemacytometer, and radial growth was measured from colony diameters.
