HCMV Infection Multi-Omics Data Supporting mTOR Pathway Activation Study

Raw and processed data from 2026 supporting the manuscript "Activation of mTOR pathway by human cytomegalovirus promoting host ribosomal protein expression by coordinated transcriptional and translational controls." The 1.0 GB collection includes transcriptomics (CAGE-seq, RNA-seq), proteomics (LFQ/MS, PRM), and validation assay results (PCR, 5’RACE, PAGE, Western blot, microscopy).
