Zhou, Rui collected structured, longitudinal quantitative data from 23 pre-service teachers at a Chinese normal university. The dataset contains item-level responses on a 23-item digital competence scale administered at three time points over a 16-week intervention period. All data are pseudonymized and complete, with no missing responses.
