Rccnucseg: 1,000 H&E Image Patches for ccRCC Nuclei Grading

A dataset of 1,000 H&E stained image patches with a resolution of 512 × 512 for nuclei grading in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). It contains 70,945 labeled nuclei, each annotated with instance segmentation and classification masks. The dataset was created by zeyugao and last updated on December 17, 2024.
