Rose Genome: Metabolite Measurements Across Six Cultivars and Three Plant Parts

61 known metabolites were measured by gas chromatography mass-spectrometry in 6 different Rose cultivars and 3 organism parts. The data is an RDF Linked Data representation of supplementary material from a Nature Genetics article published in June 2018, created by Philippe Rocca‐Serra at the University of Oxford. It serves as a demonstration of FAIR data principles and the use of Frictionless Tabular Data Packages.
