Reciprocal transplant experiments assessed the thermal adaptation of three Symbiodiniaceae strains after 4.6-5 years of experimental evolution. Measurements of growth, photochemical efficiency, oxidative stress, and nutrient use were collected at the AIMS Symbiont Culture Facility between October 2021 and May 2022. The dataset contains results for heat-evolved and wild-type strains under ambient and elevated temperature treatments.
File formats include XLSX, HTML, and PNG; data structure across files is unknown.
