Marine Plankton Food Web Interactions Reconstructed Using DNA Metabarcoding

Two datasets containing 16S and 18S rRNA gene amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) from marine plankton samples. The data includes exact ASV sequences, taxonomic affiliations, and read counts per sample, accompanied by detailed metadata on sampling events and methods. The dataset was created by Sara Zamora‐Terol of Stockholm University to reconstruct marine plankton food webs.
