Flux Tower Measurements from Tropical Savanna to Watermelon Farm

Encompassing flux tower measurements of energy and mass exchange between the surface and atmosphere using eddy covariance techniques. Data were processed with PyFluxPro (v3.4.17) to produce a final, gap-filled product with Net Ecosystem Exchange partitioned into Gross Primary Productivity and Ecosystem Respiration. The station was established in August 2011 in a tropical savanna, which was later converted to watermelon farmland from 2013 onward.
