Moore Reef Coral Stress Data with Temperature, Current, and CTD Casts, 2018-2021

69 CTD casts, 19 temperature loggers, and 12 current meters were deployed around Moore Reef from 2018 to 2021 to study coral stress responses. The Reef Havens Research Project, initiated after the 2016-2017 bleaching events, collected this data to understand local environmental factors affecting bleaching severity. Fluorometry measurements of 33 tagged coral colonies and photos from a 5-week period in late 2020 are also included.
