2015–2024 oblast-year panel data for Kazakhstan combines cereal yield observations with seasonal weather anomaly indicators derived from ERA5-Land reanalysis data. The dataset includes temperature, precipitation, and wind anomalies measured relative to the 1991–2020 climatological normal for two seasonal windows. It was created by Alexandr Pyagay and provides replication materials for a study on yield risk and regional heterogeneity.
