eReefs GBR4 DA Hydrodynamic SHOC Model: Great Barrier Reef Ocean Reanalysis

A 4 km resolution Data Assimilating hydrodynamic model for the Great Barrier Reef, assimilating temperature data from moorings, gliders, and satellite SST. The Ensemble Optimal Interpolation system uses a 2-day cycle length and a 6-hour data assimilation window. Mean forecast error ranges from 0.4°C in the dry season to 0.7°C in the wet season.
