British Geological Survey data comprises rheology measurements for 39 syrup samples containing air bubbles and/or spherical glass particles. The data were used to support a model for three-phase suspension rheology, with experiments detailed in Truby et al. (2014). Each sample's stress was stepped up and down in a concentric cylinder rheometer, with strain rate recorded at each step.
