RNA-seq Data from Ecklonia Radiata Under Temperature and CO₂ Stress

30 biological samples of juvenile Ecklonia radiata kelp from Tasmania were exposed to three temperatures (6, 16, and 26 °C) and two CO₂ levels (~420 and ~1000 µatm) in a controlled laboratory experiment. Total RNA was extracted from blade tissue and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, producing 150 bp paired-end reads. The dataset contains raw FASTQ files for transcriptomic analysis of molecular responses to ocean warming and acidification.
