356 cases of stage Ia2-IIa2 cervical cancer patients were enrolled in a prospective study to evaluate carbon nanoparticle suspension (CNS) for sentinel lymph node biopsy. The study, conducted by researchers from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, analyzed detection rates, sensitivity, and negative predictive value. Results showed an overall sentinel lymph node detection rate of 91.29%.
