From 2001 to 2003, IKONOS satellite imagery was collected for Rota Island in the Northern Mariana Islands. The project was a cooperative effort involving the National Ocean Service, the University of Hawaii, and Analytical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLC. Imagery includes one-meter panchromatic and four-meter multispectral data processed to minimize atmospheric and water column effects.
