A 2026 dataset from the RV Falkor characterizes fine-scale oceanographic processes and seabed biodiversity at Scott Reef in NW Australia. The data integrates physical oceanographic measurements with detailed imaging transects of mesophotic reef habitats, which cover approximately 300 km² in depths of 30-70m. The work builds on spatial models developed by AIMS from multibeam, seabed, towed video, and AUV surveys conducted in 2009 and 2011.
Primary file formats are WMS, PNG, and HTML, suggesting the dataset may be served as map layers and images rather than a raw tabular data download.
