A dataset compiling scientific evidence on the impact of COVID-19 confinement on mental health from 2020 to 2022. It includes psychological variables assessed with internationally validated instruments: anxiety (GAD-7), depression (PHQ-9), perceived stress (PSS-10), resilience (CD-RISC), subjective well-being (SWLS), and loneliness (UCLA Loneliness Scale). The dataset, created by Juan Moises de la Serna Tuya, follows FAIR principles and includes sociodemographic and confinement condition variables.
